its so hard to stay on track on the weekends.. my boyfriend is in college and i go visit him every weekend.. he lives in a dorm and we have to eat out like every meal! have you tried the pills you take before you eat dairy... im not positive that im lactose intolerant but im like 90 percent sure i am and i tried them for the first time yesterday before eating cheese.. i didnt experience the usual pain just some bloating. its worth a try!

i have the same problem ever since i was diagnosed with h pylori last year my stomach hasnt been the same (it was treated and the virus is gone) i take align everyday and also gas x really helps with the bloating.. i also think im sorta lactose intolerant so cutting dairy out seems to help

i know how you feel... my boyfriend plays college so we tailgate every weekend! just workout super hard all week so you have some calories banked up!

i am always bloated... only at night really though. i think i have a mild intolerance to milk products especially the whey in protein. also when i eat out it gets bad.. i take two gas x every single night. it really helps and makes you feel better when you wake up and the pharmacist says that it is fine to take everyday..…

i still wear the same bra size for the most part but i can definitely tell they have shrunk :( why cant the parts i actually want to go away disappear instead of my boobs!

make sure they test you at the doctor for h pylori... i had it and your symptoms sound similar. a lot of people with digestive issues go to many different doctors before they even get tested for it.. its sort of a forgotten about thing

if you go on bodybuilding.com they have A LOT of workout plans that are for beginners.. i base what i do off of most of them! its awesome and free!

i am 5'8 and weigh 155 lbs. i wear a size about a 10 ( size 31 in my higher end jeans).. i carry all my weight in my thighs!! Usually the waists are a little bigger but they fit well around the thighs.. I wear a medium in most shirts
