i have used both super HD and CLK. love super HD, really pushes you through workouts, i didnt see any extreme fat loss but it def helps i tried clk but for me you have to take too much (6 capsules a day or something) and its SO EXPENSIVE if you take that much.. i actually cycled off super HD for a little and start back on…

this one is my favorite! mash 3/4 banana and mix with one scoop protein, 1/4 cup oats, two egg whites & almond milk until it gets pancake batter-y! Sometimes i mix in chocolate chips or something and put the 1/4 of the banana on top and its delicious! i always use cellucor whey, which is the best

i would up the intensity. walk on an incline on the treadmill or use the stepmill that makes my heart rate jump pretty high

joesphs flax seed wraps! they make pitas as well. low in carbs and high in protein and fiber. i usually get mine at BJs

my stomach has been bothering me all day from too much fiber. i eat anywhere from 150-200 grams of protein a day and if i go over that my stomach tends to hurt. just bloated and stuff thats the only side effect i have had from too much fiber and protein

i ate 182 grams of protein today and wasnt even really trying to... it helps rebuild your muscles that you break down while working out. I always thought you were supposed to eat 1 gram per pound of body weight. In my macros i have my protein set at 30 percent of my daily calories!

due to digestive issues that nobody can diagnose i get pretty bloated. i just take 2 GAS X everynight before i go to bed... the pharmacy says its fine to take it daily. also drink a lot of water and eat fruit!

i just got a magic bullet too and the only thing i have made is a peanutbutter protein smoothie i use 3/4 cup unsweetend almond milk 1 or 2 tablespoon all natural peanutbutter 4 or 5 ice cubes 1 or 2 scoops whey protein it tastes so good and is super filling!

ive gotten them at target and even the grocery store. i thought i was lactose intolerant bc i was getting bloated and burping alot but he says the only symptom of lactose intolerance is diarrhea really. i was surprised to find out i was not actually lactose intolerant!

Im the same way! My poor arms are SO weak. When i do front raises/side raises i can only do 5 lbs. The reason i cant do pushups is because of my arms too! You should just gradually increase the weight over time and you will be able to do more and more!
