Can I borrow calories from a previous day?

Sometimes I end up with an extra 200-300 from a previous day, especially when I exercise. Other days I'm right at the brink of my 1580 cals. Can I go a little over and chalk it up as left over calories from another day?
Anybody else do this and how to do you track it...

Yes, you can. I always go by my weekly average. It works very well for me.0

I do that. I didnt eat much the past two days because my stomach was bothering me and i am out of town for the weekend and i know between eating out and tailgating i will probably go over a little. I usually just see how many calories I have left for the week! I do this almost every weekend and I still lose about a pound a week!0

I also look at my weekly average instead of worrying about every single day0

Your body does not count calories or require calories on a 24 hour basis.. it is ongoing- perpetual.. so as along as on average you are creating a deficit- you will lose weight!0

Great! Now I won't beat myself up for going over an extra 100 or so one day, my other days will make up for it!0
