Why be polite? they are trying to poison you, to undermine your hard work only for their own gratification. tell them, no thanks, you don't eat crap. take a serving, march it right over to the trash and toss it where it belongs. its garbage. why worry about their feelings? they aren't considering yours are they?

song, my son uses a tbs of pnut butter and 1 tsp of low sugar jam and stirs it into his oatmeal. it bumps his protein and good fats, and the jam has a nice taste. he just stirs it all us and eats it after his work outs. I still get my fiber from fruits and veggies, not up to the cereals yet.

very cool!!! congrats. I look for a "whoosh" every few weeks. I might not lose anything for a couple of days ( I weigh everyday, then add it all up and divide by 7 to get an average) then suddenly it will be "whoosh" an entire pound or even a bit more. :bigsmile: keep up the good work
