This is incorrect. you CAN be eating everyday and your body be in starvation mode. If you are eating too few calories your body goes into "starvation mode" and it slows your metabolism and stores everything you eat to survive and therefore no weightless.

low carb and diabetic people cant have sugar either. That includes most fruits, yogurt and milk and things like ketchup. There is sugar in alot of stuff that you wouldnt expect. The natural sugars spike your blood sugar levels just like any other sugar. Alternatives are, almond milk with low carbs/sugar. Half/Half or heavy…

If you want calories up and carbs down, check out the scotch eggs on my website. They are so good and so low carb. They'll probably bump you up to your target calories if you are missing just a couple hundred. http://mrsscalesrecipes.blogspot.com/2013/04/scotch-eggs-gluten-free-low-carb.html

Today will be Day 5 of Level 1. I read somewhere that it burns approximately 250 calories. So I created an entry for it in Cardiovascular. "30 day shred level 1" You can probably find it there. That's what I'm logging until I get a heart rate monitor.

Today will be Day 5 of Level 1 for me. I'm glad I saw this thread because I was thinking about going to Level 2 today since she said move to the next level "when you're ready" I was just afraid of sabotaging by not doing the 10/10/10. So if it doesn't affect the end result. I think I'll start doing Level 2. I do not plan…
