Not throughout the day for me, I would be only want to track calories from runs (outdoor and on treadmill) and cardio workouts. So a HRM wont be very accurate? would the Flex be more accurate?
-
So the Fitbit Flex only calculates calories based on steps? ... does it factor in height, weight, or heart rate? basically, my question is does the Flex track calories burned by heart rate or is it just step based?

Lift weights. check out "strong lifts" or something similar. It will slim you and tone you. I think its the better than cardio since youre not really overweight. Adding a bit of cardio wouldnt hurt but definitely do the lifting. as for food. key is portion control. if you have a problem with that try eating alot of…

I can seem to go farther longer and faster on the treadmill than outside. Even though the treadmill is easier for me i prefer outside because i like…

Question time. A poll for ALL the people in this thread saying "i took it and when i stopped i gained all the weight back plus some" ... please tell me what you did after stopping the pills. Did you work out? Did you run? Did you still track/control calories? Did the weight all come back even while doing all these things?…

It is not unsafe and unsustainable. Many people do 4:3 initially then go to 5:2 and then when they are ready to maintain they switch to 6:1. Its healthy. And its a lifestyle change.. therefore is sustainable.
-
you are misinformed. 5:2 is not an unsafe way to lose weight. Please go read the scientific research on it before being critical.

there is a code you can put in the settings (i forget what it is but can probably google it) and it changes your macros for low carbing and it will show net carbs as a column. and when searching foods to log some entries are alreadey minusing the sugar alcohols.
