Running jogging 5.5

Does anyone know the amount of calories you burn when you run jog for 5.5? MFP has 5.0 5.2 and 6 but nothing in between. The reason I'm asking is because I keep track of my jogs using an app called map my tracks and I get the average speed and put that in MFP but because they don't have in the list I've been putting 5.0. I'm sure it's not that much of a difference but I still wanna know.

I'd love to hear the answer to this also! My last race was a 10:30/mile pace and nowhere can I figure out the burn! Don't understand how mfp can have 5.2 but no 5.5 or 5.750

Net calories are 0.63 x weight (lbs) per mile, IIRC.
ETA: The speed at which you run does make a slight difference in calorie burn but it's not that much. Just figure it by distance and you'll be close enough.0
