um.. didnt people end up sickly and unhealthy on that show Survivor??? .... for money... no one made a big deal about that.. People eat slugs and drink cow bile for money (fear factor) thats gotta be real healthy..no one is in an uproar about that unhealthyness for money... just sayin..

do the 5:2 diet plan. It creates the deficit you need by fasting (500 calories/day) 2 NON consecutive days and you get to eat the yummys on the other 5 days. Fast days are 600 cals for men.

Was it a blood test they gyno took or a pee test? You can have a false negative but you cant have a false positive. If you're in fact not pregnant, try taking a colon cleanse for a week or two, that should minimize bloating.

I've not tried turbo fire but OMG i tried a fitness blender 1000 calorie work out. It has like 30 min of HIIT in it. LOVED it so far. I only got a half hour in the first time lol. try 5:2 diet. I've been hearing a lot of success on it. I love it so far. Plus there are many health benefits to it. Search it. There was a British documentary done on it. and there are support groups here on MFP. Search 5:2

Ive seen alot of people break plateaus with 5:2. Five days of eating at TDEE or TDEE -20% and 2 non consecutive days of eating at 500 cal (women) 600 cal (men).

5:2 diet. Helps with the deficit and allows more room for weekend error. Not to mention the health benefits. check out the 5:2 documentary.

Of the 30DS? Yes, 3 was my favorite. i switch around all the levels now that ive completed it but mostly between 3 and 2. It took me a min to figure out what workout she was talking about too. But i figured it out .. NMTZ - No More Trouble Zones - another Jillian video.

ever since i started cooking my favorite seasoning to use in recipes is Johnny's seasoning salt. Its magic in a bottle. lol. it says that on the bottle too. ha. Other than that ive been using alot of cajun seasoning lately and cayenne pepper.

drink some calories if you're not hungry. sometimes people dont realized how many calories are drank each day. Have a mocha or chai tea for a couple hundred calories that you dont have to physically eat.
