I would advise to do strengh on the days you do the shred, if your doing it every day (instead of every 2nd day) then one day do cardio a few hours after and alt days do strengh. Good luck hunny it does get easier with every time ;)

Hi I normaly would go for the nearst item in this case it would be Miguel Prado - Tasty Prawn Stir Fry In Oyster Sauce which is 348 Cals per bowl full and then 203 Cals per 150g of boiled rice, Hope this help hunny and enjoy your take out x

I have a hrm its my best friend to be honest as the treadmill will say i've burnt 250-300 cals but the hrm shows a 80-120 more. hth
