IMO, Rachel is too thin. She doesn't look as healthy as she did before she went home. I hope the trainers pulled her aside and talked to her to make sure she is ok.

I will not give up my coffee, I just had to modify it like everything else. I use French Vanilla Sugar Free Coffee Creamer. 3 tbsp has 45 calories, 0 protein, 3 fat, 3 carbs, 15 sodium, 0 sugar and I use Stevia to sweeten. Drink on & be happy! :drinker:

This has been a huge fear of mine and has held me back from really trying to lose the extra 150 lbs that is on my body. I am going to push harder and if I look half as good as you do, I'll be very happy!

I was a HUGE mt. dew drinker as well. I started last year getting the carbonated flavored water from Walmart and every once in while I had a real dew. After awhile I just stopped drinking mt. dew and drank only the carbonated flavored water. However, I started having these horrible headaches from the Aspartame in it. I…

Just like people don't understand why a junkie can't quit shooting up or an alcoholic can't stop drinking; a sugar addict can't stop taking in all those sugary treats and drinks. It calls to you, begs you,…
