I need advise about exercising with injuries
Hello, I need some advise about exercising with a re-torn Meniscus in my left knee, a bad right ankle, and a back that has spasms if I stand or sit to long, I really would like to exercise. I have lots of weight to lose and any idea's will be welcome! Thank you ~Melissa~

So friggin confused......
BMR = 2,028 (according to the MFP) MFP = 1990 TDEE = 3225 Fat 2 Fit BMR = 2075 So many numbers, ugh.....I do not know what or where I should be eating. Does it matter what time of the day you workout?
I am just curious if there right time to workout or can it be anytime of the day?
