Sorry you are feeling bad. I have told myself that this is the way it will be for me (hanging skin) because I am no spring chicken either. I would rather be healthy then fat any day of the week. I will buy girdle's if I have too to hide it. Good luck to you! :smile:

I'm in! Phase 1 (8/1/13-10/31/13): 297-->272 -25 lbs Phase 2 (11/1/13-1/31/14): 272-->247 -25 lbs Phase 3 (2/1/14-4/30/14): 247--> 222 -25 lbs Phase 4 (5/1/14-8/1/14): 222-->197 -25 lbs **After phase 4 I will reset and do it again. I will have about 50-70 lbs to go after that.

I am not sure what to say to this. I guess the first thing comes to mind is that for ppl such as myself, morbidly obese, it is a struggle to walk. Everything hurts, knee's back, legs, everything! SORRY! For me it is about weight loss, getting healthy and living. For others it may about fitness, maintenance, or gaining weight. I'm 297 lbs and I love to swim. It helps me with my bad knee's, back, my breathing (I have asthma) and gives me time to myself and my thoughts. Not to mention I have lost weight doing so! I say go for it, enjoy!!! :flowerforyou:
