I have to agree with mmreed, you eat a terrible amount of junk food. Stuff that is highly processed and fairly void of any nutrition! Get rid of the kids cereals, the lasagnas and the "treats". The biggest thing is to remember to get your 3 square meals in, everyday. It is hard since you likely do not work 7 days a week so there will be days when you need to make the "turn around."
