Yep I weigh everything with a digital scale, measure my milk etc. I see a personal trainer twice a week, go to karate once a week and i am still not shifting the weight. I am starting to feel that wearing my BMF armband has made my situation worse and I now over think everything.

I have been wearing my BMF for just under 2 months now and i have lost a whole 0.5 lb ! I have even signed up and have one of the teams nutritionalists call me once a week and my weight is just not shifting. :-( I was originally eating 1200 cals as suggested by MFP but this soon got adjusted to 1500 once i knew my calorie…

I have the bodymedia fit and love it. It can become addictive tho with uploading your data.

I have brought this, in the UK its known as KI Fit - I love it and this is only the second day that I have been wearing it. The only downside...... in the UK it does not sync to MFP :-( If anyone has got this to work in the UK, please message me.

Hi, I have just done this workout as I could not get to the gym today due to the snow. I used a 4KG kettlebell and its the first time I have done it. I was wearing a KI Fit which monitored my calorie burn whilst i was doing it and it came out at 260 calories for the 50 minute session. FYI I weight 70KG and I am 5ft. Denise

My hair has days like that, especially in this damp weather. Also, Its all very well exercising everyday but I am constantly washing and straightening my hair. it cant be good for it, but its not long enough to put up. :-(

I have had a c section - I wear Nike Capri running pants when I run and to the gym. The have a drawstring in them which really helps. D x
