I agree with all except #5. I can't do heels. I love the look of them. I've worn them before, but my feet just can't take them. If I do wear them, it's for about 10 minutes then I kick them off.

Make sure you are paying attention to your sodium levels. It's most likely just water weight.

Protein. Make chicken your best friend. I personally just love chicken though. Any source of protein will work such as meat, protein powder, or greek yogurt.

wow, the responses to this actually surprised me. I would have thought people would have said "No, wait". I had been wondering the same thing. I was waiting until I lost another 20-30lbs to try it out and I'm at 197lbs right now. So woohoo! I will be buying it!

I just finally looked in the mirror and said "wow" in a gross, disgusted way. Plus my size 22 jeans were getting a little too snug. My shirts were pushing a 3x too. eeeek

yum pork loin. I've been meaning to make some. I made some pamesan shake 'n bake chicken, some cheesy potatoes (I'm addicted) with some broccoli and a salad. The usual.

I will support you through thick and thin. Bad days, good days. I don't care if you fall off the wagon one or two days. It's going to happen. You can totally do this. I started out at 260lbs and currently weighing in at 198.6. I have a long ways to go, but I keep on trucking along.
