I usually do my weigh in's on Sat or Sun. Usually on Friday nights, I won't eat dinner until 1 am. So, I'll just weigh in on Sunday and will still see a loss. So, no it doesn't matter. As long as it fits into your macros, you are good to go.

That sounds disgusting, but only because I don't like runny yolks. If I were into that, then I'd definately try it. I tried a broccoli and cheese frittata. You can easily google one. It was pretty good.

If it fits into your macros, eat it. If not, find an alternative. It's all about moderation. Have a serving. One serving won't make you fat.

No/little time is no excuse not to exercise. You make the time. I know single mothers of multiple kids who work, take care of their kids and still find time to workout. You get up early or you go to bed late. On another note, you do not need to exercise to lose weight, but it's probably helpful.

Lately, I've been making a fried egg (w/ butter spray) and slapping inbetween 2 pieces of toast. Seems to hold me over longer than a bowl of cereal. I change it up every now and then. I do love a nice omelette w/ cheese and some fruit on the side

When I went to the gym, I saw more overweight people there than people who were in top-notch shape. Anybody gives you the stink eye, give it right back. We all go to the gym for the same reason. If you are clueless on the machines or weights, just ask somebody. I'm sure they wouldn't hesitate to give you a pointer or two.

I've lost almost 60lbs and I've only gone down 2 sizes. I can fit into my size smaller jeans but still a little too snug for me.

it's hard, but effective. Anybody can do it. You may have to do the modifications. You may have to modify the modifications for awhile. Either way, I'd recommend it.
