Even if sports bras don't support enough, wear a good regular bra with a form fitting under shirt. That's what I used to do, now that I have lost some of my "boobage" I wear a sports bra (I'm a natural 34 D, and my back is fine)...

I drink sooooo much water!!! It makes me use the restroom across the building at least once an hour! Other than that I use good posture and I visit my fellow co-workers when I need to talk to them rather than call them on their phones. Although, now I may try the exercise ball...sounds interesting!

Same here, I am 5'4" started 127, goal weight was 115, I am now 116 and I am aiming to lose a few more or gain muscle. My stomach is the last to go- very hard! But Achievable!

If you only knew about all the food you ate. I studied plants and soil science (particularly vegetables), and you wouldn't believe the amount of things you don't know. Buying local isn't always the best choice, but it does improve your local economy and you can meet the people who grow your food :happy:

I had to start going by inches...and they are getting smaller...even though my weight flucs between the same 2-3 pounds. I have been doing weight training and even though the scale isn't talking- the mirror and my clothes are!

Fatigue is definitely a TOM symptom! I become a zombie on my first day. It gets worse with age (for me anyways)!

30 DS this morning, followed by 30 minutes on treadmill, and finished with 25 minutes of strength training my chest (and 10 mins stretching)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me too! I get up at 330am M-F (sometimes 4am)...workout and eat breakfast before showering at 6am. I leave at 730am for work. I love to work out in the morning! If I wait til after work, I won't do it :sad: ....so give it try!

And if I set the treadmill on a 6% incline and walk at about 4.0-4.3 (which is semi-fast) my heart rate stays around the same as it would if I were running at a 6.5 pace at a 2-3% incline.
