When you choose your activity level- this would be already accounted for. Exercise is getting your heart rate up for extended periods of time. Unless your jogging around and cleaning- Then NO.

I couldn't agree with you more. I am very petite, so being 20 pounds overweight doesn't look like much to the people around me. I too, just want to be at a healthy weight for my build, age, and height. Needless to say, when people ask me my goal weight, they think I am crazy....but I don't care about them- I will live…

Spinach & Kale Greek Yogurt Dip!!!!! It's a wonderful replacement to Spinach Dip! They also have great Carne Asada, and Pollo Asada! Throw on some corn tortillas with onion, cilantro and lime!

Same here! My breakfast and snacks are usually at the same time everyday and the same things everyday. I eat chicken for lunch and dinner- but that is where I get creative!

Find some time to cook ahead! Stay away from those frozen health foods. I used to eat them all the time...bad. Now I cook up 2-3 pounds of chicken in a couple of hours- this takes care of lunch and dinner for my BF and I for about 2-3 days....Cooking healthy is easy and it can be fast!
