What motivates me is having a roomier pair of pants.... It is a non-scale victory that reminds how far I have come. Slow and steady.

Fear of judgment. I have a password key for mine. Also sometimes I just add the calories with the "Add quick calories" option without searching for the food because of lack of time. So it would not help someone to see what is in there.

Thanks all!! Yes, I meant "exercise" calories, not so much regular activity. I mean those calories you earned in deliberate/intentional calories from the gym, biking, going for a walk, etc.

Good for you! I think I will have to go with the slow and steady way, since I have an easier time with calorie discipline than with gluten discipline. I have tried to cook gluten-free for a relative and it stressed me and my budget out.

Good for you! Diet might not solve all health issues, but sure can aid healing!
