Hi, I'm new . July of last year , I went on nutrisystems and by December, I had lost 30 pounds and was super happy.. Now here it is almost a year later and I have gained it all back and then some. It makes me tired and depressed to think of all the work I have ahead of me. I'm being a whiner on here because I have no one else to whine to :) and I need someone to say "I know how you feel ". I've never been super obese, just always about 30-40pounds overweight .. just enough to feel crappy about myself. Anyway, I"m going to stop whining now and go figure out my latest plan of attack. Thanks for listening .

    Hi there, feel free to add me. I have lost 116 pounds since January. I understand the need for a great support system. If not for my wife and friends I would not have been so successful.
