  • thanks for posting that. I quit soda on june 21 and have not gone back, so i drink water pretty regularly..well tht and coffee. But i have a water bottle that is 33 ounces....and drink 3 or 4 of them a day!
  • try an egg substitute. I dont know if you have Aldis where youre at, but they have a great line of food call Fit and Active, and they have an egg sub also, its onle 30 calories for a half cup....and its lower in cholestrol also.

  • I tell everyone this......and this is good especially for when Auntie Flow is in town.....Chocolate Cherrios! They are the best.....3/4 of a cup (and cherrios are small, so thats ALOT) is only 100 calories! So you get your sugar, choco and crunh crave taken care of!

  • This is an easy fix hun. Instead of going out and buying a hi priced sports bra....since money is tight, get out the trusty Ace bandage and wrap the girls up. Dont have an ace bandage> DUCT tape.....it really does fix anyting! Good luck to ya.
