I must disagree with this....i drink about 8-10 glasses of water a day.......it does nothing to help avoid coffee, pop is no biggie, i dont drink it. But i still drink about a pot of coffee a day!

wahooo, i got all signed up and im ready to go! I only pledged 30 pounds.....that will be me at about 158.....which leaves me 15 pounds from my goal. My loss has been slow around the Holidays, so im happy that im maintaining! I am ready to kick it in highgear!

dont give up. It was about 2 months before i started seeing a difference. After my first month i gained 2 pounds but i lost almost 7 inches. So be sure to track your measurements......that is key!!

there is a karate school by me that i go to a self defense class at and they have a cardio kickboxing class that sounds fun! The owner of the Dojo showed me a photo of the trainer for that class...Holy cow, shes built like a brick sh&%^ house! I was a little...oh who am i kidding....alot.....intimidated by her! lol Trying…

I love the challenges! They help to keep us motivated i think. The meditation is an easy one for me....once the family is in bed, i do 15 minutes of yoga and meditat for about 15-20 after that!

oh, btw....starting weight is 188.......so i want to be 176 by Christmas......well thats for the 12 pounds.....my goal is, or was 163......but had a gain a couple weeks ago and still trying to recover fromt hat. i know 163 is next to impossible, but i would like to even beat the 12 pound mark also.

we are doing a biggest loser contest at the Curves the i go too. This weeks challenge is NO SWEETS! This is so not fair, i have halloween candy everywhere!. Day 2 and no sweets....so thats good!

i had a hard time with this also. so i upped my snack calories....a serving (12) of almonds is 170 calories. or 1/4 cup roasted soybeans is 140.......this makes it easier to hit that cal mark youre aiming for.

i love MVM also. I think ive done about 4 differes looks on there......dressy, casual, swimsuit...and others....its fun to play on that!

chopped walnuts or pecan and some craisins! So yummy. You can add just about anything to it. i think tomorrow morning ill try it with a little bit of Almond milk! and throw in some pecans or soemthng like that.

I dont, but my husband does. We dont eat beef in this house anymore because of it....last few times it put him in the hospital....the last time he was there for a week just about.

tis ok to do that many sets? i was always told to kep them between 2-3 sets......and 10-12 reps......no wonder my Bye-Bye arm isnt going BYE BYE! Im going to try that 5x5 routine.
