I take extreme cycling classes at my gym.. I didn't have weightloss until I started counting calories... HOWEVER, the changes in my body from the back are super! I look great from the back :) So I'd say more toning than weightloss.

You see love handles, but I see definition... I don't know how to post photos, but check this link out.. His sides are more defined than yours, but I wouldn't say he's got love handles.. They're muscles ;) http://theberry.com/2010/07/23/afternoon-eye-candy-joe-manganiello-27-photos/eye-candy-joe-manganiello-9/

Have you been measuring yourself? I bet you've been loosing inches, which is a great victory.. Start measuring yourself every couple of weeks.. The scale's been moving very slow for me, but I'm seeing changes in my measurements, so I'm not upset about the lbs. :)

It's always a 2 lb difference for me.

I like to buy frozen fruit for smoothies.. I tend to let fresh fruit go bad before I eat it all, so it saves me money in the long run because it lasts longer!

about a month ago, I saw a woman jogging on a treadmill wearing flats.. Her feet must have been really sore the next day!

I'd go for the healthier ingredients.. How much I'd eat would depend on how many calories I had left for the day.

I use them for pizzas.. I toast them a little bit first, then add toppings and toast some more!

weighttraining.com has some good exercise programs.. some are free and some you have to pay for.. I've only been doing the free ones!

I doesn't sound like she's a good friend at all.. She should be motivating you, too!

I wear these for zumba. I went to a dance store to get fitted.. they are sized differently than regular shoes, then bought them on amazon for a lot less.. http://www.amazon.com/Bloch-Womens-Canvas-Boost-Sneaker/dp/B0041IXKO0/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1345518899&sr=8-2&keywords=bloch+dance+sneakers

I agree with some of the other posts.. Start eating a mid morning snack and mid afternoon snack :)

yes, and I think having an avatar makes you unique and shows your personality.

I'd say change up your exercise and diet.. I plateaued for 2 months.. I was doing body pump, zumba and spinning and eating 1200-1500 calories.. I switched it up.. eating between 1500-1800 calories, and changed my workouts to weight training and spinning and started loosing weight again.

I was on depo for a year and I gained about 30 lbs. :( It messes with your progesterone levels.

sound like you might not be eating enough for the amount that you exercise.. Also.. don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat!

You've been given some great suggestions! I also think eating every 4 hours or so is good. I try to eat breakfast, a snack a few hours later, then lunch, then an afternoon snack, then dinner, then an evening snack.. My snacks are usually no more than 200 calories each. My meals are typically between 300 and 600 calories…

I dint that MFP says I burn a lot more than my HRM.. Disappointing at first, but now I don't really care about the difference!

You look great!! What an inspiration!

I'd go with what my fitness pal tells you. I was eating between 1200-1500 calories and then went to a nutritionist.. With the amount that I exercise, she said that that calorie range was too low and she agreed with what my fitness pal said I should eat.

I've had the garmin fr60 for over 4 years and I LOVE it.. It will send your info to your computer and upload it to the garmin site and you can see an actual graph of your heart rate for the duration of your exercise.. I researched polor HRMs, and you have to buy an extra item to transmit your info.. The one thing that a…
