I agree with the others that say do what works for you. I personally cannot eat up to 3 hours before strenuous exercise (ie. spinning, plyometrics), I'll vomit. I will, however, usually eat a serving of a clif shot blok before exercising because I'm trying to eat something every 3-4 hours.. that doesn't bother my stomach.

I'll get sick if I eat up to 3 hours before a vigorous workout.. If I get hungry before working out, I've started eating a serving of clif shot bloks.. I make sure I eat right after I exercise.

I sampled the chocolate shakeology shake and didn't like the taste. Find a shakeology coach and ask them for a sample to see if you like it before you buy it.

The first couple of times I did weights, I went during off peak times with very little people there.. Once I became comfortable and confident, I'd go during busier times.

I'm doing the Jamie Eason program right now.. I watch the videos, imitate them, make some notes, then go to the gym at a time when many people aren't there (around 3pm). My gym does have staff floating around and I've asked one question. Once I've become comfortable, I'm more comfortable going during peak times.

I use it for all exercise. You burn calories, so why not ;) It's interesting to see how different exercises burn different calorie amounts.

you can make your own Zumba home "class" by finding videos posted on youtube.. there's tons of them!

I wear a heart rate monitor and notice that I burn more calories weight training when I do cardio first... actually about twice as many.. So I've been weight training after my spinning classes.

you're body is most likely used to it.. Can you mix it up a bit? find some hills, add interval sprints, etc.. into your run?

Phase 1, day 4 (shoulders/abs) question.. How do you do the front raise to a T? The video only shows the front raise... Do you do the front raise up and lateral raise down?
