Below 200 for the first time in 20 years!

I saw something this morning that I have not seen for about 20 years. There was a 1 as the first digit in my weight! I'm very happy with the process of getting there that has included eating much better (and often) and exercising. I can finally run, hike and bike again and love how I feel and look.

Another 15 and I'm at my target weight!
