Congrats!!! My stats are very similar! Did you find that it took you longer to lose the weight because of your smaller frame?? Any particular exercise plan?? So curious cause you're literally goals :smile:

Thanks for the suggestions!! Just trying to ease myself in, not looking for a very rigorous routine yet. Really just concerned with upper body. I'll definitely check those out!

LOL! Any suggestions on where I could purchase protein powder? I am new to Nashville and don't know what's really outside of the Vanderbilt bubble...all I know is Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joes??? Also...kind of a weird question but how do I eat it? Could I just mix it in with my oatmeal or cereal in the morning??
