  • I have tried ripped in 30 a few times....but I am thinking of starting again today. I just wanted to know of you who have had results, do you do it every day for a week and then move to week 2 or 4 times a week? other? I just don't know if I can do it more than 4 times a week.... I would love any feedback!

  • Ha! the same thing happened to me...but today I am down almost 4 lbs and I think we started on the same day, so we are on our way down!!!! I am really loiking it still....lots of extra energy, but my low backhurt a little today....must try for better posture, evne though at that pace, it is hard. Hows it going with you?

  • wow! you have inspired me! I just started yesterday and I hope I can lose at least 25lbs over the whole course, if not more. did you follow the diet? It looks to me to be pretty easy....just divide your plate. I am excited to do my first HIIT today!!! Great work!
  • I began TF yesterday and I loved it! hge energy for the rest of the day, and a lot of sweating :) I can't wait to see my results in a month! I have alot of post-Baby weight to lose...and these videos seem really fun! Good luck all!
  • I started Turbo fire yesterday, and I loved it! It was hard to keep up witht he moves, but I am sure the next time I do Fire 30, I will be much better. I had amazing energy after that all day! Wow, it was fun. I hope it helps me lose 20lbs.... :)
