i am currently a raw foodist. I must admit it is very hard. i started about two weeks ago and what i did was one by one eliminate things. first sugars, then salts, then non water drinks, so on. and grains was last. it was much better that way and it takes much self discipline. if you have any questions feel free to talk. :)
