Don't know about the blank bit....Are you making sure you've pressed 'start'? It can be a little tricky at first. I use both apps at the same time, first starting mapmyfitness and then c25k. Their calorie counts are a little different and so I just use the lowest count.

Hmmm...every day for 30 days, maybe not. BUT, I can commit to at least every other day and perhaps some multiple days in a row! My 30 days started on June 7 and I've gone three times. My goal is to get through class without having to talk myself out of fainting!
