  • I use PB2. It has no oil. It's a powdered peanut butter that you add water to make it creamy. It's very low fat and only 45 calories per 2 tablespoons. Some stores sell it but here is their web site when you can buy it. www.bellplantation.com
  • I sneak my own in. I use a very large purse to hold it and my water bottle. Not only is it healthier it's cheaper.
  • I add cocoa powder to mine. 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 tab cocoa powder (I like the dark cocoa), 1 tab stevia or sugar substitute equivalent. Stir till mixed. If the lumpy texture bothers you then put into blender, blend on low until smooth. I don't do this step.
  • I order mine from www.bellplantation.com. They are the company that makes it. I order it in the 1 pound packages. it's cheaper in the long run. They also have many other products as well. My local Kroger's store sells it now, but only in the 16oz and not in the chocolate PB either. I love the chocolate PB2. Yummy
