Look at those guns! You look fantastic

Who cares if someone is doing it for what YOU perceive is the wrong reason. Maybe to them its the right reason. Weight loss is a personal thing and you really don't have a right to judge someone on what they think is best for themselves. Live YOUR life and move on.

It totally depends on the person. I personally can drop into ketosis eating 50carbs, but it depends on what kind of carbs for me (like if I eat a sweet potato, it doesn't seem to affect my ketosis, but fruit does. It's totally up to your body) Biscuits and fruit definitely both have carbs, so if you're shooting for a…

That's awesome! Way to go! I cut out booze last Thursday and have lost 6lbs since then...crazy how that works

The first few days is hard. I know for me I had crazy body aches and headaches, but after a couple days it subsided. You can alwaystry some starchier veggies like sweet potatoes or maybe a banana to kind of ease yourself into eating this way. You may also get over the egg thing after a few days also. I know in the…

I too think the nuts is a personal thing. I love a good handful (about 12-14) of macadamia nuts, and a bit of almond butter on celery sticks is one of my favorite snacks. I love pistachios too since it takes some work to eat them. Eat almost a ridiculous amount of fats. When I first read about fats, I figured there way NO…

When I get sweet cravings, I eat something vinegary. I know that sounds weird, but it's cut my sweet cravings every time. I thin slice some cabbage or kale and toss some apple cider vinegar on, maybe put a little shredded carrot, green onion and celery seeds for a slaw, and munch away. It always seems to do the trick for…

I like scotch, scotchy scotch scotch I pretty much like any booze though. I loove tea also and drink it like water

I hope these aren't huge! My dress was a total score since it was a discontinued style, and the last in the store. $275....AFTER having the zipper converted to a corset. It was the deal of the century lol

a beer. I've given up drinking until new years eve :(

$50 on a $3 scratcher $247 at a casino (by putting just a 20 in the machine) $300 designer denim shopping spree from a magazine sweepstakes (in total, I've won around $600 in goodies from this mag over the past year, and no I won't say which one since I don't want the entry pool to increase )

hummus *gag* edit to add turkey bacon. I love bacon, but wtf part of a turkey does turkey bacon come from? Any food that has to be ground off a carcass and reformed into strips to mimic a different food, is not "healthy" or tasty
-
Bacon. Depending on how I feel, I either thin slice the cabbage and sautee it with bacon pieces (cutting it with kitchen sheers is easiest), or Icut the cabbage into quarters or 6ths depending on cabbage size, wrap the bacon around it and bake until done (375 degrees about 30-40min)

the side effect is getting bored of your food and quiting after a week.

The only magnesium that I've taken that does the trick, is "oxygenated magnesium." It's called MagO2 I think, and anytime had trouble and nothing else seems to work, I take 2 or 3 before bed and the next morning I'm good as new

Mfp set my calories to 1520, and I set my carbs to be 10% for 38. I'm willing to eat up to 50 though, but if I changed my carbs to 15% it was too high. Then I have fat set at 65% and protein at 25%. I have quite a bit of weight to lose so I have my carbs set lower than some might, but I feel awesome when I eat around…
-
I personally let mfp set my calories and then I just adjusted the macros to what I wanted. If I eat more calories, I don't usually worry as long as I kept my macros in order

Steak salad with blue cheese dressing. I might even get fancy and fry some thin sliced shallots in olive oil to put on top for crunch
-
Holy crap. I know what I'm having for breakfast tomorrow. Thank you!!

I stall eating any with sugar alcohols (sugar free things) so I would definitely ditch those first and see what happens

Blood cholesterol really isn't affected that much by dietary cholesterol: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/the-straight-dope-on-cholesterol-10-things-you-need-to-know-part-1/ Eating the whole egg not only provides vitamins that the white doesn't have, but it is going to keep you satiated for much longer also.…

I actually just found, and purchased, flax seed meal at my local Hispanic market last night. It was $2.99 for just under 2lbs! If you don't have any Hispanic markets around, I'd suggest amazon. Usually you can find good prices and a wide selection

I make sure to take plenty of potassium (which I have a deficiency of anyways) and magnesium since it flushes out with all the water. I also have literally licked salt out of the palm of my hand. When I'm at work with a pounding headache and no broth in sight, heck yes I have ground up some salt (I have a little pre-filled…

How about coconut flour? I personally don't think it tastes too coconut-y, but I love coconut.

You can still eat "fatty" foods but make it healthy fats. Like, grilled or baked chicken with some avocado, or with a little sour cream and some salsa. Marinade meat in an olive oil based marinade (I do olive oil with a squeeze of lemon and spices for chicken and pork, and olive oil with worchestershire and Montreal…

I'm a hippy! And I don't garden. Offended. Reported.

Weighing is a great idea. Technically those giant cookies at the mall could be counted as 1 cookie, but we all know that's not true ;) Everyone is going to have a different idea of portion, so weighing food out is the best way to stay accurate

Right? I loves me some malbec. Right now I'm partial to tempranillos though. Tempranillo pairs well with a glass of Tempranillo
-
I left and had a nutritious lunch of potato chips (its a veggie and the carbs are lower than french fries because they're thinner!) and you still haven't figured out this is a joke? You know, funny ha-ha, leg-pulling, a farce, good ol' tom foolery? Poor thing.

An easy way to remember it is that a lb of muscle is like a lb of lead, and the fat is like a lb of feathers. Of course 1lb of lead is gonna weigh more than 1lb of feathers...feathers are super light! Oh, OP! you could eat feathers!! I don't think they have any fat or carbs, but they might have trace amounts of protein.…
