I'm in freeeezing Illinois, and have been on this stupid weight loss wagon for way too long. I'm 21, 213 lbs, and would love to be 193ish by St Patrick's Day! My short-term goal is to be 180 by May, since this is when I graduate college!

Alcohol dehydrates you due to suppressing the anti-diuretic hormone. So, if you're losing water during a workout, then going to drink, god help your kidneys and liver.

Also, your body needs water to flush out the excess in flavored water. Your best bet would be adding fresh fruit and fruit only to it, imo. But even at that, your body still needs good plain water!

I was just standing in front of the mirror today checking for progress, and noticed I have them. I've noticed them before but didn't know they were sought after...I always thought it was because I'm overweight. I was checking to see if they have gotten smaller today. The first time I lost a decent amount of weight, I rewarded myself with a nice pair of jeans/shirt/piercing/tattoo every so often to keep me going. I fell off the wagon, so now I'm trying to fit back into those jeans from the first time! Periodic rewards really help, though.
