Starting 2013 as I mean to go on....... Soooo not counting the Champagne & Pinot Noir I drunk after midnight :laugh: I had porridge, half an apple & peanut butter for Brekkie .

Hiya, Like you the 30ds was the first fitness DVD I ever completed. Only took me 31 days to complete, which I'm v proud of, but unlike all you guys I didn't lose any weight or significant inches (Probably to do with my high calorie intake?). The 30ds is perfect for beginners & soooo cheap to buy online. Just started…

Hiya! The only exercise DVD I've ever purchased was Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. The workouts are available to watch for free on YouTube, but after my internet connection went down mid work I decided to play it safe & purchase as copy from Amazon.........Certainty the best £5 I ever spent.

Oooh I must find Jillian on Facebook :D I'm generally hungry in the morning so I eat before a workout. My HRM watch records less calories burned on my regular walk when I leave the house without eating.
