I mix mine with tuna. The flavours compliment each other really well and you don't need to add mayo if you mash the avocado well. It's a great way to get in good fats.

As far as people who are taking the price difference into account, they can both be found on Ebay brand new for the same price. So, I'm ignoring that issue. I realize there is a monthly fee. I started on Copaxone yesterday and ate everything in site, was emotional as all get up, weak, and have been nauseous on and off. Has anyone else had major side effects with it?

How are you measuring your calories burned? If not with a HRM, then you aren't getting an accurate portrait and may think that you're burning more calories then you are.

Thanks everyone! I can't wait to start. My partner is in the Military and runs regularly. I'd love to have something we can do together. The fact that there are others of you out there my size, and larger, who have been able to accomplish this makes me feel even better. I'm still pretty new to MFP. But, man, you guys ROCK!
