Yes, I am doing the herbalife diet and I love it. I have been doing it on and off but. I went on vacation (not an excuse I know lol) It is time to get serious. I do 2 shakes a day as well. I would love to join this challange sounds fun. What does SW CW GW mean. I am 32 years old and had a baby 3 months ago so I am really trying hard to get this weight off. This challange might just be something i need. Thanks great idea
