When I work eaarrllyy, I often make a peanut butter and jam sandwich on oats and honey bread. Its delicious, decent protein intake and I can eat it in the car.

I have a hard time going after a day of work too. Which is why I go in the morning. It starts the day off right and then there are no excuses.

I work in a deli right now - people ask all the time about the meats with lower sodium. If you ask them to show you the nutritional facts, there is no reason why they wouldn't. It is printed out in every whole piece of meat that comes in.

I have never sprouted my own at home, but I did work in a sprout factory for 5 summers while in university. We grew alfalfa, broccoli, baby onion, pea (which were my favourite), and radish. So yummy. And such a fun alternative to lettuce.

I have been lifting for awhile, and have seen major differences. I want to start the stronglifts program in the new year.

Hello! Am also a lady who lifts and runs. I run about 3 times a week usually doing about a 5k every time but am trying to graduate into longer runs. I also lift fairly heavy a couple times a week too. My overall goal is to lose weight. I have lost 54lbs already with another 30 or so to go. Add me as a friend! Could use…

I enjoy doing TRX work. The gym that I go to offers TRX exercises as a part of their bootcamp class but I have never done more than 5 minutes on it. Its definitely worth trying! It can be super challenging depending on what they have you do. But I would at least try it out!

I would start by eating a real breakfast. You are probably feeling the need to binge at night because you aren't eating anything in the morning. I don't know how true the whole "eat within 30 minutes" business is, but you should try to eat more than fruit and a yogurt for breakfast if you are starving all day. Try some…

I have a Polar FT4 and I love it. I feel lost the odd time that I forget it.

I have been doing a bootcamp class for about a year now. In my experience, I have FANTASTIC trainers. they really watch your form and make sure you are doing everything correctly. But the whole environment helps. I find it such a motivating tool. It has really helped me stay on top of my resistance training. Try it out and…

I agree with this 100%. When I was bigger, going to the clubs, I was always ignored. Guys did not pay attention to me AT ALL. I chalked it up to being overweight. But really, I was sooooooo self conscious and uncomfortable with myself. I had friends who were my size that got SO much attention from men, but I think it was…

I wish my boobs would shrink more. I was a 38 DDD, am now sporting a 36DD. And Ive lost about 50lbs.

I started at 222lbs and am now at 172. I have an end goal of 140!

You look super hot! Great job!

I do a bootcamp class. Mine is in a private gym and it runs 6 days a week. The membership which is 180 dollars for 3 months of unlimited classes. I absolutely love it. The trainers are really keen for proper form and make sure that everyone is comfortable in their space. It also helps to keep me motivated. It just creates…

Ugh, tell me about it! Its very frustrating! But I guess it is all about the inches

It would be US sizing.

Hi there! Feel free to add me if you need some support. I am 24, a recent uni grad. I have lost 51lbs so far with another 31 to go!

What I hated: wearing long pants and a cardigan ALL YEAR because I thought it would hide my fat. Even in 40 degree Celsuis weather - Id be rocking it.. What I love: I wore shorts for the first time in probably 15 years in public a few weeks ago and I wasn't embarrassed!

When I was having trouble fitting into XL shirts when shopping. (Am now down to a L - sometimes a medium). Also, when walking past window front stores or mirrors in public and refused to make eye contact with my reflection because I was so ashamed of what I had become.
