I found a recipe that takes 1/4 cup of the powder, mix it with 1/4 peanut butter, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup coconut flakes. You roll it into golf ball sized balls and eat them unbaked. The recipe makes a dozen. I have a couple as a snack but I have no idea how to count them for calories etc. I tell myself that 2 balls = one…
