I got my pink yoga mat at Target. Shoulders and arms is a good workout. I'm stronger than I thought, need heavier weights. The side tri-raises are killer. Ab ripper was a little better today. Still killer though.

I'm wondering the same thing. P90X says I should be eating around 2200 cals a day. I upped to 1500 and I'm having a hard time. Can you suggest any healthy, high calorie foods?

There's one exercise where you hop on one leg, 30 seconds each. I think that one is hardest on the knees. There are various jumping exercises but the goal is to minimize the impact and land softly. There's a girl that does modified versions of alot of the exercises.

Alright I'm joining in! Here's a helpful scheduling tool I found. If you create a profile on teambeachbody.com (totally FREE), they have a calendar on your home page. You tell it the start date and it fills in your workouts each day for the entire 90 days. Check it out.

Get your thyroid checked. I used to be exhausted all the time, even would fall asleep at work. Found out I had hypothyroidism. Ask your doctor to check your TSH levels.

I drink Shakeology. It has a ton of vitamins in it. It's easier for me to drink my vitamins then swallow pills lol.

I went gluten free for 5 weeks over the summer. It wasn't easy at first but it gets better. The key is planning. I brought snacks with me everywhere I went just in case there weren't gluten free options. Make sure to do plenty of research before starting. Make sure you are hydrated. Don't wear more than a t-shirt and shorts. Don't push too hard, sit down if you need to. I felt refreshed but worn out afterwards. It is very intense.

So you messed up. It happens to all of us. Don't beat yourself up over it. Take advantage of the chances you have tomorrow. If you find time for a workout, go for it! When you feel a craving for sweets, drink a glass of water. You can do it!

I would suggest purchasing a heart rate monitor. Make sure you get one that takes into account your age, weight, height, and sex. Some don't ask and all those factors are needed to calculate your calories burned.

I press play and give myself 10 minutes. Usually 10 minutes in you're warmed up and feeling good. If I'm still not feeling it, I give myself permission to turn it off- guilt free. I make sure to give 110% for the next workout.

Have you tried a recovery drink? I really like Accelerade or the P90X results and recovery drink.. I will drink it during or after a workout and it really help with the soreness. It also helps to rehydrate you.

If you do a cleanse, choose a gentle one. And don't do it for quick weight loss, it won't last. I did the Master Cleanse last year and passed out after the 5th day. I would recommend drinking fresh fruit and vegetable juices for at least 3 days. You will definitely feel a difference.
