I'm in! I just finished week 1 of Burn and I love it.

P90X and Chalean Extreme are weight training programs with some cardio included. Turbo Fire and Insanity are focused on cardio. I think P90X Lean would be good for you. You will need weights, bands or a pull up bar.

I think once you finish P90X, you might not enjoy the Shred. It's not at the same intensity level as P90X. I think Shred is good to prepare you for P90X.

I had the same symptoms at your same age and had a nodule on my thyroid. I was on synthroid for 3 years, then decided to have the nodule and half of my thyroid removed. I cook my oatmeal in vanilla almond milk instead of water. It has a nice flavor.

I just list the ingredients that I juice. I'm not sure if that's the right way to do it though.

I really like jasmine green tea. The key is to not let it brew longer than 3 minutes. After that is when you get the strong, yucky taste.

I've been taking coconut oil caplets for the past month and my skin is softer. I know it also has healthy fats.

I think your best bet is to get a heart rate monitor. Then you'll know exactly where your burn is.

I make carrot, celery, spinach, cucumber, spinach, and apple juice. The apple adds sweetness, and trust me you will need it.

I calibrate my scale before I use it. You might want to give that a try to make sure your scale is accurate.
