African American hair question-HELP
Has anyone found a cure to sweating your hair out? LOL. But seriously, is there anything that helps? I started working out before work and now it's ponytails for me. I wear a scarf when I workout but it doesn't really help.

CocoPure- anyone tried it?
My roommate gave me a container of CocoPure made by the company New Vitality. It's supposed to be a "chocolate tea" with cocoa, green tea, and other ingredients. Has anyone tried it or heard of it?
