I like it. It just tastes like wheat bread to me. I store it in my freezer so it won't go bad.

I have the zero calorie apple butter. I really like it but find it hard to believe that it has no calories, no sugar, basically nothing.

Yoga X tonight and I still don't love it, sorry. I did the first and last 30 minutes. Then did 20 minutes of Insanity for the calorie burn. Halfway through week 3! Woo hoo!

Maybe our boyfriends are related... There's cookbook called Deceptively Delicious by Jessica Seinfeld where all the recipes have vegetables but they're not obvious. Sounds like a good way to trick him into eating healthy. Also I would suggest trying different varieties of fish, maybe throw some chicken or turkey in the mix.

Definitely felt stronger today. Time to invest in heavier weights. I rocked ARX! Did most of the reps and felt good. Did 20 min of Insanity afterwards. Good burn today!

I also did legs/back on Saturday and chest/back today kicked my butt! Added cardio and it felt good. Time for a hot bath then bed. Nite nite!

Your weight should be calculated for a more accurate reading. I have found a difference in calories burned between MFP and the HRM but I go with what the monitor says.

I haven't been the most disciplined P90Xer this week so I'm playing catch up this weekend. I took Thursday and Friday off so today I did legs and back and will do yoga x this afternoon. Tomorrow is kenpo x. I have stuck with the eating plan so I'm feeling good despite the lapse in workouts.

So I decided to take yesterday off, had to listen to my body. Will make up yoga x on sunday. Honestly, I don't love yoga x but I will tell myself I do until it's actually true lol.

It really depends on what your goals are and your current level of fitness. I personally love anything that Chalene Johnson does. Turbo Jam is a kickboxing style workout. When I started, I upped my daily calories to 1500. Week 1 I was struggling to eat enough calories. Now it's week 2 and I find myself hungry around 10 pm. Should I up my calories? P90X said I should intake around 2200 calories! I have no idea how anyone can do that. Help!

My legs are so sore from plyo. Yoga X is long! I knew my balance was bad but I didn't realize it was that bad. Hot mess!
