You are definitely starving! I would suggest taking a look at other people food diaries. You can get ideas for getting the calories you need.

The sessions are 35-45 minutes. You don't need much room at all. I use 8-20 lb weights. Chalene encourages you to go heavy on leg exercises because people usually don't push themselves enough. Let me know if you need to know anything else:)

I find the best way to stay focused is to have a game plan. A to-do list can is so helpful. Before you leave work, plan out what you need to do the get it done!:)

Welcome to MFP! I think a good place to start is to log in here everyday. I find it motivating to read other people's successes. Workout wise- I think Chalene Johnson's workouts are a good place to start. She's extremely positive and motivating. Also her workouts are usually around 30-35 minutes if you're short on time.…

I would suggest going to a running store and getting fitted for a pair of shoes. They will watch you run then guide you towards the appropriate shoe for your needs. I have flat feet and using a stability shoe makes a big difference.

Have you heard of shakeology? It's a shake that's packed full of fruits and vegetables. It's not meant to replace eating vegetables but it will definitely make it easier to get the daily nutrition you need.
