Hello :) I have: sit up board hydraulic rowing machine exercise bench with leg curls, leg extensions, fly machine and barbellrest. It can incline and decline. barbell dumbells loads of plates resistance band adjustable step gloves weightlifting belt I know... I am a home gym junky :D x

When I workout really hard in the evening I don't sleep that good. I am like an energy ball and awake at 3 or 4 in the morning. x

This happened to me quite a few times and it didn't make me feel great :grumble: Especially when they start to give me lessons on how to lose weight. :mad: I don't know what is wrong with this people! Can't they just mind their own business? True beauty is on the inside. What is outside will fade away! x

I think that 1200 cal is low. It killed my metabolism a few weeks ago. However there are people who do great with 1200. So it depends on yourself and how you feel. But please don't go under 1200. x

I count only straight water. So no sodas and stuff like that. x

Don't worry about that protein. Honestly. Now hit a piece of chicken, turkey or a can of tuna ;)

That is completly up to you. It depends how you feel. I net low as well but that is because of the exercise. But most of the time I am full and I can't eat those calories back. But I feel great.

When I was looking for a gym where I felt comfy in I couldn't find one. So I bought my machines. So for me it is free :) But where I live it can cost between 80 Euro and 120 Euro a month. You can get a year membership for 190 Euro.

I don't think that is too bad. But yesterday for instance I had a bad day and today I was back with good nutrition and loads of exercice.

I can defo relate. I am asking everybody around me... ' Do you see that I lost weight?'... Like just for them to convince me that I really lost weight? I am not buying new clothes now because it would be a waste of time and money. I still have so much to lose. But all my clothes are seriously too large. My pants are like…
