I don't believe in anything for weight loss that I don't plan on doing for the rest of my life. I wouldn't want to drink meal replacements for the rest of my life.

one quarter avocado frozen one half medium banana frozen 1/4 almond milk (or your liquid of choice) blend together = delicious soft serve frozen yogurt I like to add pumpkin seeds to mine for some crunch :)

LMAO I have been with my husband for 9 years. He has seen be shoot babies out of my business. Not a pretty sight. I probably pooped then, who knows. I asked him not to tell me. I fart when I need to, wherever I happen to be. To each there own, I suppose.

Don't know if I'm gonna dress up but I wanna have my 9 month old son be a dragon and my 3 year old be The Paper Bag Princess. But I think that will just be for photos as she said "but Mommy, I don't want to wear a paper bag!" She can be a "real" princess for trick or treating.

what? I mean, listen to your body, but I run every other day with my 34D boobs and no problems. I just wear a tight sports bra. And when I started out running I was a 38DD.
