When I get to 130 (5 more lbs!) I am getting a much needed haircut.

Height, 5'3" Before 150 lbs: After: My lowest weight was 105 lbs. I am probably around 108 lbs in that pic. I gained 15 lbs over the winter so I am currently trying to shed that weight (10 lbs left).

Day 10: 105 squats. I am starting to feel like a squat MACHINE.

Day 10: 80 crunches. Note: from now on, on the advice of my trainer, I am doing bicycle crunches for this challenge, rather than regular crunches.

Oops I am on day 2 and did 30 today instead of 25! I guess I will just do 30 again tomorrow and then move on.

I am doing my challenge holding 5lb weights for a little extra oomph. Yesterday I did day one and was like "pffft whatever." BUT today I woke up and my *kitten* was like "*****, we need to talk." I just did Day 2 and I definitely felt it more. Can't wait to see what I feel like tomorrow morning.
