I added 500 extra when my son was younger, now that he is 18 months I add 300 extra since he eats a lot of food as well. eta: I am in maintainance so I eat 1900 including the BFing cals, plus exercise calories if I am still hungry. I ate about 2000 when I was trying to lose weight,

I love running to Justice. Particularly, Genesis. I run 10k, 5k away from my house and then back. I always play it at my half way point when I am about to start hauling *kitten* back in the direction of home.

I love running. I have been doing it for just over a year. I lost 45 lbs in 9 months of that time (gained 2 back over the winter).

I once worked with this girl who looked like someone stretched skin over a skeleton. I'm not sure if she had an E.D. or was seriously ill in some other way but she didn't even look like she should be able to walk around. that is "too thin".

I use them in my oatmeal. It makes it thicker.

I've completed 30DS, 6W6P and am 19 days in to BFBM. I do the work outs in conjuction with other cardio like running, cycling, dancing etc but I believe they have really helped me.
