Tomorrow is day 29 for me! Don't know if it did much of anything though overall. But I'm also doing the squat challenge and have noticed a change in my legs and bum, so that's something. Next month I'm doing a modified version of the push-up challenge. Wall push-ups instead of regular ones.0
