 I'm curious to know why your trainer recommends bicycle crunches instead? is there an added benefit? I just started this challenge 6/1.0

            How long do you hold the position of a standard crunch? I have been doing about a second! am I supposed to hoild it longer?0

 She said that regular crunches just work the upper abs, whereas bicycle are working more areas. I don't need to tone my upper abs at all so...Day 10: 80 crunches. Note: from now on, on the advice of my trainer, I am doing bicycle crunches for this challenge, rather than regular crunches.
