I'm 5'3" SW: 150 lbs CW: 132 lbs GW: 115 lbs I walk 3 times a week and have a dance class twice a week. I just finished 30DS and am about to start 6 week 6 pack.

Usually I just do knee down. My hair above the knee is pretty light and fine.

I exercise every day, but I don't do the same things. Currently, 7 days a week I do 30DS, 3 days I walk and 2 days I have a salsa class.

I have a 6 month old :) You can add me, if you like. I do lots of walking, and mommy and baby salsa class and 30 Day Shred. You should not start working out before you are 6 weeks post partum. If you are nursing, please make sure you are eating enough (You can add BFing calories on here).

I think more power to her. Breastfeeding is a beautiful thing and even if I were against extended breastfeeding, it's not up to me to tell other people how to parent.
