We vacationed in London. According to my fitbit, I walked 115 miles in 10 days, two of which were travel days with 8 hour flights!.

I may be in the minority, but I lost 50 pounds and not much boob. I went from a 40D to a 36DDD. They are sister sizes, so pretty much the same. I was actually hoping they would get smaller!

I mix a shot of rum (51-78 calories depending on what kind) and Vitamin water zero. The lemon and orange flavors are particularly delicious with coconut rum. Toss it in a blender with lots of ice and it's a good summer slushie.

I lost band size but gained cup size since it's all related. 40DDD = 38F = 36G. Seeing that G on the tag was a shock until I read about sister sizes. Bonus...the thinner I get the bigger they look. ;-)

I haven't scrolled through every reply, but if no one has suggested it yet, try www.reddit.com/1200isplenty. That subreddit has lots of good low calorie nutritious menu ideas. I'm set for 1310 to lose my last 10 pounds, but I find yummy things on there all the time.

I'm not going to count anything on Thanksgiving. I'm going to fill my plate with lots of healthy options and a few not so healthy ones. I will eat some candied yams and a small piece of pie. One special day is not going to derail me and I'll do some monster cardio on Friday!

My most recent NSV was walking into the Gap and being able to buy 28 waist (equal to a size 6) skinny legged jeans. Having been a size busting-out-of-a-14 last winter, that was a major victory. Bonus...they were on clearance for $17.50! Congrats on your NSV!

I crave salt and chocolate. 100 calorie chocolate covered pretzel packs usually do the trick. I keep a box of Junior Mints and a bag of Boom Chicka Pop sea salt popcorn at work. Usually just a few bites satisfies the craving without blowing my calories for the day. Other good salty snack alternatives are Special K cracker…

No, but I did trip over my own feet and land ON a treadmill. Almost as embarassing...I am a total klutz.

Rib cage, shoulders, butt, and thighs first. The last thing to go is my gut. The boobs don't really change for me. Went from a 40DDD/E to a 36G. Same volume, just a smaller band. I can't wait for that 34H. Ugh.

Try increasing your calories a bit. MFP set me to 1200 and I did great for the first 30 pounds. Then the scale got stuck. I increased my cardio and still nothing. The scale didn't move again until I upped my calories and made sure I was actually eating enough. At 1350-1400 I'm starting to lose again.

Teacher here too. Feel free to send a request. :-)

I was on a cruise for a week. Today I got on the scale and I actually lost a pound. If you know how much food is available on a ship, you'll totally get my excitement!

I couldn't paint my own toenails anymore. I bought a dress at Lane Bryant. I got winded carrying a laundry basket up the stairs. My size 14 pants were getting too tight. My husband started keto and lost weight. I didn't want to be the fat wife anymore. I'm down 31 pounds and I can run up the stairs with that laundry…

You're not alone. When I am out of calories and having a hungry day I go for the protein. Egg beaters are a good go to. Filling and only 25 calories a serving. Laughing Cow wedges and babybels are good too. Air popped popcorn is good for those salty, crunchy cravings. If I go way over (can you say 4th of July?) I just…

Go to www.reddit.com and search the braswap subreddit. There are tons of bras available for sale and trade. Lots of times people buy them off eBay and if they don't fit they sell them there for cheap. Sometimes people offer them up for free. I am right there with you. I had to buy a Natori 36G sports bra today and it was…

If you're having pain don't wait until you lose weight. You could be wearing the wrong size bra...most women are! Check out www.reddit.com/abrathatfits. Those are some knowledgeable girls. There's a measurement and fit guide and you can post questions for a fit check. I had the same problems as you and I was wearing the…

My first goal was to go from a size 14 to a 10 before my cruise in July. I hit it with three weeks to spare! My ultimate goal is another 30 pounds...then I get my tattoo. :-)

Stop worrying! Weight fluctuates by several pounds throughout the day. Weigh yourself the same time every day. You weigh the least first thing in the morning. Go to the bathroom and get on the scale naked. Don't stress over it, it's normal.

I'm in the same boat. Got a fitbit and stopped losing. I've been stuck for two weeks. So frustrating! I started wearing mine just as the school year ended. Since then I've gone from working out 3-4 days a week for 45 minutes or so to 6 days a week of serious cardio and additional weight training. I'm going with the fact…

I'm 5'4" and was a size 12 up to about 180 pounds. When I got to 170 I switched to size 10 in most brands.
